Inter Milan v Udinese Goalscorer Betting Tips
Inter have netted at least twice in seven of their last 10 in Serie A, while Udinese have conceded two or more in seven of their last 10, also losing seven of these. In fact, the visitors have lost 13 of 14 encounters with top-five outfits since the start of last season, conceding an average of 2.57 goals across these, including a 4-0 win for the Nerazzurri the last time these two met back in May.
Mauro Icardi started the season slowly as he only found the net once across his first four starts in all competitions, but the Argentine has since bagged 11 in 12 starts as he’s proven Inter’s talisman time and time again. He has six strikes across his last seven encounters with Udinese since 2014/15, and will be seeking a goal or two to drag him near the summit of the Capocannoniere, which he’s had to share in two of the past four seasons as he’s yet to win it outright on his own.
Torino v Juventus Goalscorer Betting Tips
Mario Mandzukic is enjoying his most prolific spell since his time with Bayern half a decade ago, which is perhaps no surprise given his change of role following Gonzalo Higuain’s departure over the summer. He’s linked up particularly well with Cristiano Ronaldo, though he’s been more effective on home turf where six of his eight goals across all competitions have been struck.
Indeed, both his assists have come on the road and it’s Ronaldo that we fancy to add to his tally here. The Portuguese has produced 10 goals and five assists in Serie A this term already, though all of those set-ups came at the Juventus Stadium, he’s netted six times across his last five on the road – scoring at least once in each of these games. Torino would be down in the bottom six based on home results only, and with Juve producing some big wins over their local rivals in recent years, Ronaldo should be aiming to make his mark in his first Turin derby.
Roma v Genoa Goalscorer Betting Tips
Genoa are down in the bottom six but one dreads to think where they might be without Serie A’s top scorer this season. Krzysztof Piatek started the season on fire but following a barren spell he’s back amongst the goals with four strikes from his last three completed games in all competitions, while he’s netted 55% of their total output in Serie A to date.
Roma are enjoying a good season in Europe, even if they lost 2-1 to Czech outfit Viktoria Plzen on Wednesday to leave them with three defeats from five winless outings across all competitions. However, they’re well off the pace in Serie A as they’re down in eighth, amassing fewer than half the points leaders Juve have managed at this stage. They only have two clean sheets in their last 14 matches and none in their last seven, and given the visitors have only failed to net once in their 15 fixtures so far, Piatek will fancy his chances.
