England face Argentina on Saturday in pole position to qualify from Pool C while Argentina know defeat could send them home.

England have recorded two bonus point victories in their opening matches against Tonga and the USA while Argentina narrowly lost their opening match to France.

Argentina, on the other hand, weren’t so convincing in their 28-12 win over Tonga, seizing on a number of mistakes and although they looked dangerous at times didn’t live up to their ranking of number 10 in the world.

Even so, the Pumas will be looking to cause an upset knowing that a defeat could spell the end for their World Cup hopes and are 6.40* to do just that, while a victory for Jones’s side will all but secure their place as Pool C winners before their final clash against France and a potential quarter-final showdown with Australia.
