Roma v Parma Preview, Betting Tips And Enhanced Odds

Betting preview, tips and enhanced odds for the Serie A clash between Roma and Parma.

Form Labs

Roma finish off their season of underachievement when they welcome Parma, knowing that their hopes of a top four finish were dashed last weekend when they were held by Sassuolo. That said a win at home will at least give the fans a decent send-off. Form Labs return with their betting preview and tips for the game while as ever we have the value with our selection of enhanced odds.

Recent Form

Following a fantastic win away at Juve a fortnight ago, Roma realistically blew their chances of a top-four finish with a goalless stalemate at Sassuolo last week – their fourth draw in an eight-game unbeaten streak.

Parma’s form is less impressive as they’re W2-D7-L8 since late January, with the two victories 1-0 successes over sinking duo Genoa and Fiorentina.

However, with five of those stalemates and one of the triumphs coming within their last seven fixtures, they’ll be hopeful of avoiding defeat at the Stadio Olimpico.

Roma v Parma Betting Tips

Roma appear far too short to back at the prices, even if they have won eight of their last 11 on home turf since mid-December, with two of the exceptions coming versus Milan and Napoli.

Indeed, the hosts have only won by more than two strikes in one of their last 12 in front of their own fans, while only a further two of these games saw them win by a margin of two goals.

Former Roma attacker Gervinho has a thigh problem, though he’s touch and go and it’s still possible that the Ivorian could be available for the visitors.

He’s been excellent for them this term, but they’ve only lost marginally more games when he hasn’t started, and only one of the 11 matches he missed saw them go down by more than two goals.

Meanwhile, Roma appear likely to be without key centre-back Kostas Manolas again owing to an ankle issue, and is likely to be the bigger loss as they’ve only won two of the 10 matches where he hasn’t started this term (W2-D4-L4).
