It’s the final weekend of the NFL regular season and, in one way or another, 14 teams have something to play for heading into Sunday.

Almost every NFL playoff seed is up for grabs with the only secured playoff seed being the AFC’s top seed, which was secured by the Chiefs with a win last weekend.

But the NFC still has three teams in the running for the top seed while both the AFC South and NFC East are still up for grabs.

And with a number of playoff spots switching between teams, depending on what happens on Sunday, we’re in for a thrilling final round of games.

So here are all the NFL playoff clinching scenarios for the teams that have a chances to confirm their postseason places in Week 17

Baltimore Ravens (10-5)

Baltimore clinches a playoff berth against the Bengals if:

1. They win OR
2. The Browns lose OR
3. The Colts loss OR
4. They tie AND the Dolphins loss OR
5. They tie AND the Titans loss OR
6. They tie AND the Browns tie OR
7. They tie AND the Colts tie

Cleveland Browns (10-5)

Cleveland, who host the Steelers, will make the playoffs if:

1. They win OR
2. The Colts lose OR
3. The Titans lose AND the Dolphins win or tie AND the Ravens win or tie OR
4. They tie AND the Ravens lose OR
5. They tie AND the Dolphins lose OR
6. They tie AND the Titans lose OR
7. They tie AND the Colts lose OR
8. They tie AND the Titans tie AND the Ravens win AND the Dolphins win

Indianapolis Colts (10-5)

Hosting the Jaguars, Indianapolis clinches AFC South division title if:

1. They win  AND the Titans loss or tie OR
2. They tie AND the Titans lose

Indianapolis can also clinch a playoff berth if:

1. They win AND the Ravens lose or tie OR
2. They win AND the Browns lose or tie OR
3. They win AND the Dolphins lose or tie OR
4. They tie AND the Ravens lose OR
5. They tie AND the Browns lose OR
6. They tie AND the Dolphins lose

Miami Dolphins (10-5)

Traveling to the Buffalo Bills, Miami clinches playoff berth if:

1. They win OR
2. The Ravens lose OR
3. The Browns lose OR
4. The Colts lose OR
5. They tie AND The Ravens tie OR
6. They tie AND the Browns tie OR
7. They tie AND the Colts tie OR
8. They tie AND the Titans lose

Tennessee Titans (10-5)

Tennessee travel to the Houston Texans knowing they will clinch the AFC South division title if:

1. They win win OR
2. The Colts lose OR
3. They tie AND the Colts tie

Tennessee can also secure a playoff berth if:

1. The Ravens lose OR
2. The Dolphins lose OR
3. They tie AND the Browns lose OR
4. They tie AND the Dolphins tie OR
5. They tie AND the Ravens tie

Arizona Cardinals (8-7)

The Arizona Cardinals, who travel to Los Angeles will make the playoffs if:

1. They win OR
2. They tie AND the Bears lose

Chicago Bears (8-7)

Chicago face the Packers knowing they will progress to the playoffs if:

1. They win OR
2. The Cardinals lose OR
3. They tie AND the Cardinals tie

Dallas Cowboys (6-9)

On the road at the Giants, Dallas will clinch the NFC East division title if:

1. They win AND Washington lose or tie OR
2. They tie AND Washington lose

Green Bay Packers (12-3)

Traveling to Chicago, the Green Bay Packers will secure a first-round bye if:

1. They win or tie OR
2. The Seahawks lose or tie

Los Angeles Rams (9-6)

At home to the Cardinals, Los Angeles know they will clinch a playoff berth with:

1. As win or tie OR
2. A Bears loss or tie

New Orleans Saints (11-4)

Traveling to Carolina, New Orleans know they will clinch a first-round bye with:

1. A win AND the Packers lose AND Seahawks win

New York Giants (5-10)

At home to the Dallas Cowboys, New York can secure the NFC East division title if:

1. They win AND Washington lose

Seattle Seahawks (11-4)

The 11-4 Seahawks travel to Arizona to play the 49ers knowing that they will get a first-round bye if:

1. They win AND the Packers lose AND the Saints lose or tie

Washington Football Team (6-9)

Washington travel to Philadelphia on Sunday and can clinch the NFC East division title if:

1. They win OR
2. They tie AND the Cowboys lose or tie
