Nap – Vincenzo Coccotti 3.10 Chelmsford
Had no luck with the draw at Lingfield recently but his run the time before here over CD gives him solid claims in this low-grade handicap. Was just behind the winner Krazy Paving that day but has a 5lb pull in the weights with that rival today which should be enough to reverse that form and record his third course victory.
Next Best – Cry Wolf 4.15 Chelmsford
Previous CD winner who looks to be running himself back in to some kind of form now. Posted a couple of solid efforts recently at Lingfield when not having the race run to short over shorter trips. This step back up to 2-mile will suit and is currently 6lb below his last mark.
Each Way – One One Seven 8.30 Wolverhampton
Trainer Antony Brittain his having an excellent run of form currently with 8 of his last 18 runners all being successful. He also has a particular strong record this time of year in these low-grade A/W handicaps. One One Seven has been holding his form well this winter including a victory here 3 starts back over 6f. Just 2lbs above that winning mark the drop back to 5f should be no issue especially as it looks likely that he should get a solid pace to sit behind.
