Nap – Go Steady 2.30 Warwick
This looks a decent opportunity for Go Steady to register his 2nd chase victory. He backed up his debut chase victory with a solid 3rd place at Wincanton last time out. Ibleo the winner that day has won again since and that looks a much stronger event than today. The Skelton`s are always worth keeping on side at there local venue but have a particular impressive 30% strike rate with handicap chase runners.
Next Best – Deja Vue 3.00 Warwick
A decent line up of progressive mares with 4 last time out winners in the field. Tactically this also looks interesting as plenty of these have liked to push the early pace in recent runs. This could turn into a decent stamina test and if that’s the case Deja Vue could be the one most suited to how the race plays out. A convincing winner of 2 races at Ffos Las on heavy ground this winter she will relish underfoot condition’s and showed with a solid effort last time out at Haydock she still has more to offer.
Each Way –Virginia Chick 2.15 Exeter
Duel course winner Virginia Chick showed a return to form last time out when a short margin 2nd behind the re opposing Over To Sam at Plumpton last time out. The return to a more galloping track looks in his favour and trainer Ewan William does well with his runners at Exeter including a 25% strike rate with his handicap chasers at the venue.
