FansBet takes a look at this evening's cricket.

This is a crucial game for Yorkshire, who’ve played one game fewer than most the rest of the North Group and so are down in 6th but a win here would put them right in the mix. Birmingham are a point behind in 7th despite having played a game more and so they need a win if they’re to have a chance of qualification.

Birmingham were involved in a thrilling tie last time out, as 231 played 231, meaning their bowlers have gone for at least 220 in their last three games but we’re not sure Yorkshire have the firepower in their batting line-up to take advantage and the Birmingham bowlers should get more out of the Headingley wicket than they have in their last three at Edgbaston. Furthermore, Birmingham cruised to victory when these sides met at Edgbaston.

Birmingham have a powerful looking batting line-up, with Bell in excellent form alongside Polock, whilst they have power later on through de Grandhomme and Elliott, whilst Patel is an excellent performer with the ball. Adil Rashid’s unlikely to feature for Yorkshire given his test selection, whilst Liam Plunkett’s announced he’s leaving at the end of the season so it’s been a turbulent week for the Yorkies. As a result, they look too short at the prices, whilst we’ll also be backing Overs in the total runs market in what we expect to be a high-scoring encounter, should the rain stay away.

Birmingham Win at 5/4*
