This is a top of the table clash with Somerset leading the South Group and Kent four points back with a game in hand. Kent were beaten by Gloucestershire in their last outing at Canterbury and they host a Somerset side on a run of seven straight victories. Somerset’s batting has great depth to it and they’re seemingly all in form, particularly the destructive Corey Anderson, who smashed 72 off 30 balls last time out, coming in at six. They have excellent options with the ball, both pace on and off and so we’re surprised they aren’t shorter for this one.
Kent, on the other hand, have some question marks over their line up as skipper Sam Billings has struggled in recent weeks, with just 35 runs from his last three innings. Without him firing, the batting line up lacks star quality and it’s the same case with the ball as they’ve gone for at least 190 in three of their last four games here, with Surrey piling up a massive 250 against them before the rain came. With that in mind, we’re certainly going to be backing the visitors here and given the firepower throughout their batting line up, they’re also worth siding with in the MoneyLine Match Sixes market.
