Betting preview, tips and enhanced odds for the Bundesliga clash between Bayern Munich and Frankfurt.

Could we see a dramatic end to the Bundesliga season this weekend? If Dortmund beat Gladbach and Bayern lose to Frankfurt then we could see the Bayern’s run of six straight titles end. Frankfurt are still in the hunt for the final Champions League spot and will be going all out to spoil the celebrations. Form Labs return with their betting preview and tips for the game while we bring you plenty of value with our selection of enhanced odds.

Title Celebrations In Bayern’s Hands

It’s a little surprising that should Bayern claim their 28th title in the Bundesliga era, it will be their first when actually playing at the Allianz Arena since moving there in 2005.

Having missed an opportunity to claim the title last week, the Bavarians will know that anything but a defeat this time around will secure the title, owing to their current two-point cushion and +17 advantageous goal difference over second-placed Dortmund heading into the final game.

Unfortunately for the league leaders, they’re facing a Frankfurt side with everything to play for as the visitors are just one point adrift of Gladbach (4th) and Leverkusen (5th), while a defeat for them coupled with victories for Wolfsburg and Hoffenheim would see them miss out on European football entirely next term.

Mönchengladbach v Dortmund Preview, Betting Tips And Enhanced Odds

Bayern’s Recent Form

The hosts started the season in an uncharacteristically slow manner, going just W6-D3-L3 from their opening 12 league matches.

However, following a defeat to Dortmund followed by a stalemate with Dusseldorf back in November, Bayern finally got their season going with a resounding 5-1 win over Benfica in the Champions League.

That gave them a launchpad to go on and triumph in 17 of their subsequent 21 Bundesliga matches, as only Leverkusen could get the better of them in early February.

Frankfurt’s Recent Form

On the other side of the coin, we have Adi Hutter’s men, who’s form has taken a turn for the worse. They suffered a 6-1 trouncing at BayArena a fortnight ago, followed by an exit from the Europa League on penalties to Chelsea and to add salt to the wounds, they lost 2-0 hosting local rivals Mainz last weekend.

However, with European football taking the spotlight for them over the last couple of months it’s not a complete tragedy, while they’ve still managed to record stalemates in four of their last six outings across all competitions, including both legs with Maurizio Sarri’s charges.

Bayern v Frankfurt Betting Tips

The fact that Bayern only need a point to secure the title is certainly in Frankfurt’s favour, but it’s difficult to see the visitors claiming all three points given the Bavarians rarely loose at home.

Hutter’s counter-attacking style and his formidable front three make them very dangerous opponents for the better teams and against top-half teams, they’ve drawn five of their seven outings since the turn of the year and this could well add to that list. Indeed, the current six-time successive champions have looked much cagier in recent weeks, with stalemates in two of their last three, but that will still be enough to send off Arjen Robben and Frank Ribery’s Bayern careers in title-winning fashion.
