We are grateful for the feedback on social media regarding bets placed with both Redsbet and RedArmyBet. We apologise to all our customers who have been impacted by this and for the inconvenience.
We take responsibility for the communication that our support team issued which indicated that bets would be void. Our plan was to review the status of all open bets and make appropriate decisions on a case by case basis. As a result of this we have taken the following action:
- Win – Where the current market price for a selected market is significantly shorter, we have taken the decision to settle as a win and players will be paid out accordingly.
- Void – Where the current market price for a selected market is similar or unchanged, we have taken the decision to void these bets and players will receive their stakes back.
- Loss – Where the current market price for a selected market has significantly increased, we have taken the decision to settle these bets as a loss.
We will remain committed to doing right by our customers and that we will always put right situations where we don’t reach the standard that we set ourselves.
