The 2018 Ballon d’Or looks as though it’s going to be a tough one to call.
Cristiano Ronaldo was the clear winner in 2016 and 2017 but the Portuguese superstar faces stiff competition from the likes of Mohamed Salah and Luka Modric in his quest for a hat-trick – and sixth overall.
